how to make shahi paneer restaurant style Paneer shahi
Punjabi Shahi Paneer (Restaurant Style) is a delicious and creamy North Indian dish that is sure to tantalize your taste buds. Made with paneer, a type of Indian cheese, and a rich blend of spices, this dish is a favorite among vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Our recipe starts with cubed paneer that is gently fried to achieve a golden-brown crust on the outside and a delicate, creamy texture on the inside. The paneer is then cooked in a tomato-onion-based gravy that is infused with a rich blend of spices. You’ll taste cumin, coriander, garam masala, cardamom, and more, all melded together to create a savory and satisfying flavor. To make this dish even more special, we’ve added a garnish of cashews and raisins, which provides a subtle sweetness and crunchy texture that perfectly balances out the spicy flavors in the dish. To serve this dish, we recommend pairing it with some steaming hot basmati rice or a fresh naan bread. This will allow you to soak up all the delicious gravy and truly savor the unique blend of flavors in this dish. If you’re looking for a vegetarian dish that is guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser, make sure to add Punjabi Shahi Paneer to your recipe list. Trust us, your taste buds will thank you!
